Propaganda

Propaganda is the systematic spread of biased or misleading information (facts, rumors, or lies) to influence public opinion, attitudes, and behavior to support a specific cause, agenda, or political point of view, often by appealing to emotions rather than reason. While it can be neutral (promoting a faith), the term usually carries a negative connotation of manipulation, using techniques like name-calling or fear, especially in politics or war. Key techniques include bandwagon effects (join the crowd), fear-mongering, name-calling, and celebrity testimonials.

Free Speech

The First Amendment of the US Constitution does not guarantee 100% absolute free speech in America. While it strongly protects freedom of expression against government censorship, there are certain narrow categories of speech that are not protected or considered unlawful.

Key Categories of Unprotected/Unlawful Speech:

  • Incitement to Imminent Lawless Action: Speech intended to, and likely to, incite immediate violence or illegal acts.

  • True Threats: Statements where the speaker intends to communicate a serious expression of intent to commit an act of unlawful violence against a specific individual or group.

  • Fighting Words: Personally abusive language that, when addressed directly to another person, is likely to provoke an immediate physical fight.

  • Defamation: False statements of fact about a person, published to a third party, that cause damage to their reputation (libel is written, slander is spoken).

  • Obscenity: Materials that, on the whole, appeal to prurient interests, are patently offensive by community standards, and lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Visual depictions of children engaging in sexual conduct, which are not protected under the First Amendment.

  • Fraudulent/Illegal Speech: Speech that is an integral part of a crime, such as solicitation to commit a crime, blackmail, or perjury.

Contextual Limitations:

  • Time, Place, and Manner Restrictions: Even protected speech can be regulated in terms of where and when it happens (e.g., noise restrictions), provided the regulations are content-neutral and allow for alternative means of expression.

  • Private Entities: The First Amendment restricts government, not private employers or private entities (like social media platforms), which can set their own restrictions.

Free Speech in the US Constitution, protected by the First Amendment, prohibits federal, state, and local governments from restricting, penalizing, or censoring spoken, written, or symbolic expression. This right covers political speech, unpopular viewpoints, and actions like protests, but does not prevent private employers or platforms from regulating speech. And certain categories of speech are unlawful.

Key Aspects of Constitutional Free Speech:

  • Fundamental Guarantee: "[Congress] shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press," as stated in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1791 [2, Reagan Library].

  • Government Restriction Only: The amendment limits government action, not private parties. Private employers, schools, and social media platforms can restrict speech [2, ACLU].

  • Broad Definition: It includes not just spoken words but also "symbolic speech" (e.g., wearing armbands, burning flags) and written or published materials [2, Iowa State University].

  • Content Neutrality: The government generally cannot ban speech because of its message, viewpoint, or the ideas expressed, even if those ideas are offensive [2, Iowa State University].

  • Applicability: Through the Fourteenth Amendment, these protections apply to all levels of government—federal, state, and local.

PROTESTS

Protests in the US are protected by the First Amendment, but are subject to local, state, and federal regulations regarding time, place, and manner. Generally, no permit is required for marches on sidewalks that don't block traffic or small rallies in parks, but permits are needed for large, traffic-blocking events.

Protests cannot be violent, obstruct emergency services, or trespass on private property.

Key Regulations and Rights:

  • Public Spaces: Protests on public sidewalks, streets, and in parks are generally allowed.

  • Permits: Police cannot deny permits based on the viewpoint of the protest, but can require them for parades, large rallies, or amplified sound.

  • Police Interaction: Officers may restrict protests for safety, such as moving them to the side of a street. You have the right to record police, provided you do not interfere with their duties.

  • Restrictions: Police can set reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions, but cannot ban them entirely.

  • Unlawful Assembly: A protest can be declared an unlawful assembly if it turns violent, causes property damage, or severely violates local ordinances.

  • Private Property: Owners may restrict or ban protests on their property.

  • New Laws: Many states have recently passed, or are considering, legislation that increases penalties for protests that turn violent, disrupt traffic, or occur near residential areas.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION & Potential Disasters

Unrestricted Illegal immigration is a universal problem. It is also one of the first steps in repopulating a country and neutralizing its national identity, heritage and world standing. Everything that made a particular country special disappears as the nation becomes neutered. Meaning it is being rendered powerless, ineffective, or unable to act decisively. Suggesting a loss of strength, influence, or sovereignty, transforming a formerly proactive or dominant entity into a passive one.

The physical and mental landscape of the newly immigrant invaded entity changes in part because the new illegal immigrants want to make their new home feel like their old home. Many have a misconception of what is expected of people who live in the USA. So, what reappears are different types of buildings & personal attitudes similar to where the new immigrants came from; an increase in births creating a different ethnic mix, different languages emerge on product labels; the country's national language slowly disappears because the new illegal migrants prefer to use their native language; more confusion and less understanding occurs between the various ethnic groups creating more ethnic related problems; more traffic problems & accidents occur; Even a once strong & fair local, state or national government has the potential of losing direction and falling into chaos, confusion, and demise, creating other unwanted challenges.

This is a fact:  When people get confused, most of them will do nothing - - until it's too late.

Why 6.7 Million Illegal Immigrants from 2021 to 2024

Since the United States has the highest estimated population of illegal (unauthorized) immigrants in the world -- Why does it appear the Democrat Party is pushing for the following policies in what they call their effort to be fair (fair to whom?):

*  Open borders and unlimited illegal migration

*  The distribution of illegal immigrants to various states

*  Permitting NON-American citizens (illegal migrants) to be able to legally vote in Elections

*  No voter Identification card required to vote in elections

* As of 3/29/2026, some Democrats now want reparations paid to illegal immigrants because they are going through trauma created by the Trump Adm. They are ILLEGAL. It seems like the continuing Democrat agenda is to stir up trouble. Shouldn't all the politicians be focused on American citizens?

?  Is the reason for this because millions of illegals could represent millions of new Democrat voters? Some states already allow non-citizens the right to vote in their elections.

Democrats: "We don't need the SAVE America Act because illegal voting is against the law."  That's like saying we don't need cops because crimes are already illegal. Police don't need radar guns because speeding is already illegal.

The Biden Administration Brought an Additional 6.7 Million Illegal Aliens into the United States creating Fiscal, Economic and Social Consequences according to Robert Rector, Senior Research Fellow, The Heritage Foundation (Testimony before the Sub-Committee on Oversight and Investigations, U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, U.S. House of Representatives January 17, 2024.)

What does 6.7 million really mean?  Based on recent Census data and population estimates, within the United States there are 31 states each having a population of 6.7 million or less, as of 2023-2025, including:

  • Under 1.5 Million: Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Rhode Island, Montana, Maine, New Hampshire, Hawaii.

  • 1.5 - 3.5 Million: Idaho, Nebraska, West Virginia, New Mexico, Kansas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Nevada, Utah, Iowa, Connecticut, Oklahoma.

  • 3.5 - 6.7 Million: Oregon, Kentucky, Louisiana, Alabama, South Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin.

6.7 million ‘known’ illegal immigrants almost totals the combined population of the states:  Montana, Rhode Island, Delaware, South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska, Vermont and Wyoming.

Or, check it out yourself. It is pretty crazy once you know it.

? Should illegal migrants really be able to possibly control election outcomes when they know little to nothing about our country? That was a common sense question.

The TSA Funding Issue & Illegal Immigrants  During February and as of March 22, 2026, the Democrat Party would not agree to fund TSA unless the Republicans agreed to remove the funding provision for both ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) and CBP (Customs & Border Protection).

NOTE: DHS, CBP and ICE were founded in 2003 following the deadly 9/11 attack on the United States. Created to help protect the United States and her citizens from terrorism attacks within our homeland.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the largest federal law enforcement agency within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), charged with managing, securing, and controlling the nation's borders, ports of entry, and coastal waters.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is a federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that enforces federal laws governing border control, customs, trade, and immigration.

YELLOW DOG DEMOCRAT  When I was a kid growing up, I heard this unusual term used by some of my Democrat family members. They were proud to be a Yellow Dog Democrat -- a person who is inclined to support any candidate affiliated with the Democrat Party, regardless of the candidate's personal qualities or political qualifications. They would vote for a yellow dog before they would vote for a Republican.

From all my research, I honestly believe that type of rigid, non compromising attitude has gotten far worse.

THINK ABOUT THIS - The Beginning

Defund ICE, defund the police, allowing humans with male anatomy to participate in sports designated for humans with female anatomy, low consequences for crime & murder, - - this list can go on and on...

Within the last decade plus, there seems to be a significant and accelerating trend within the Democrat Party to attempt to neuter or eliminate the Republican Party or even neutralize America? Their focus seems to be on expanding radical narrow market niches; and, to do what they consider good for their party rather than what might be good for you and me and ALL American citizens. I believe they need to be told that attitude is no longer acceptable - because we have wised up.

Isn't it time for political people to focus more on the American people rather than their own personal or selfish agendas? If you agree, stand and let your voice be heard >>> at the ballot box and elsewhere. Don't buy stock in corporations and media companies who try to manipulate us.

I am pro-American, Pro-Democrat Party, Pro-Republican Party, Pro-Independent, Pro-working-together for a common cause regardless of what's in it for me. I am very resolutely anti-bully, anti-stalemate, anti-manipulation.

Americans are pretty awesome! Think what can be accomplished in America with a change of attitude.
